UGH.
Get a system down call. Guy is a customer who is in one part of the country, down system is in another part.
Can't communicate... Can Telnet, but I don't have a way to do a proper reboot through Telnet.
Sucks... Might could hack my way through a reboot, but I don't feel real comforatable when I am closer to the site than he is.
