OK, folks be warned. I have set January 8th as the starting point for my "Get in Shape" campaign I call "Getting My Sexy Back." It was named this in honor of a miscommunication by my mother-in-law about my brother-in-law (don't ask, just remain uncomfortable).
Be warned I may put up grotesque pictures of my body to inspire others to work out (or not to feel so bad about yourself, you be the judge).
