OK, so I have a tech that has a legitimate gripe, but I can't figure out a way to make something work.
The only thing I can do at this point is say "Sorry, you'll have to make sure all of your wireless phones have coverage or else there will be a delay transferring calls to them."
I HATE admitting defeat.
